Preschool Photographer

 A Little Glamour is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, motivated photographers, or want-to-be-photographer for our all-female team! Must be a self-starter, good with young children, and have the initiative to complete tasks on their own.

Job is working on location; locations change weekly, with semi-flexible schedule M-F (long days, however dates are flexible). Looking for someone based out of:

* Phoenix-area with ability to travel around Arizona, Southern California, and New Mexico.  

* Las Vegas-area with ability to travel to AZ, NV and Southern California. 

* Southern California with ability to travel around Southern CA (LA, San Diego, etc)

1099 employee, paid weekly, with bonus incentives for booking/scheduling.

Job Duties (all training will be provided): 

*set up mobile photo studio, take photos of preschool aged children 

*Lightly edit photos *Print photos and assemble proofing materials 

*Set up viewing station for parents to see their child’s pictures 

*Break down mobile studio *Leave the center, directors, parents, and children with a good impression of ALG A full job description will be available to interviewed candidates.  

Daily rate is $110, plus commission (10%-27% commission structure). Mileage and lodging costs, if out of town. Intermittent bonuses based on performance, etc. Looking for someone to grow with the company and assist in expansion in 2023.  We are looking for someone to start training immediately. Training is 4-9 weeks depending on experience and how fast the person learns the ALG process. Training is paid.

Hours vary (between 6am-6pm) 

Requirements: 

* A reliable vehicle able to accommodate our small mobile studio (most cars) *Ability to work a varied schedule including long days (M-F) 

* Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills. *Detail-oriented person with good time management. 

* Ability to quickly develop a good rapport with children and adults.

* Must be able to pass background check and drug tests. 

* Photographers are required to be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, kneel, crawl, twist, balance, and to perform repetitive tasks and assemble/disassemble equipment.

* Photographers must be able to frequently lift and move up to 30 pounds (and occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds).  

Preferred, but not a “Must”: 

* Previous retail, sales, service-related or photography experience. 

* Previous child-related experience (teacher, counselor, childcare, etc.) 

*Fluent in Spanish 

*Fingerprint Clearance Card (ALL photographers WILL require this, however we do pay for and set it up).
